Sending Highly Targeted Traffic to Your Website
By w2may | January 19th, 2012I was contemplating Cross Channel Mojo for a long time and I finaly wrote a short post what I am probably the most keen about. This post publish are going to be covering Non-Stop Traffic Formula and also goes deep into Cross Channel Mojo.
Getting the right sort of traffic flowing in to your website is all about understanding marketing inside and out. It’s a good thing to understand your target audience but it is a better thing to understand which methods are best going to serve you and give you the traffic you want. So if you want to have more long term success in terms of traffic, you need to make sure that the techniques you choose to use will give you the best flow of site visitors. In this article we will teach you some of the things that you can do to ensure that you are really on the road to success and high quality exposure.
Even though you may have heard this before, but social bookmarking is a great way to get traffic to your site. What do you think of when you read the words “social bookmarking?” Typically people think of social bookmarking tools to spam sites like these. But is that really what you should do? Absolutely not. The best ways to get social bookmarking to give you traffic is to create content others want to bookmark or to find a resource worthy of being bookmarked. When you do this, your next step is to get people to read and share your site on the sites too.
One really underutilized method of generating traffic is to include the URL of your website in every piece of offline communication you have: letterheads, business cards, fliers, etc. There are even some web masters who will put the URL of their website somewhere on their vehicles. The primary point here is that there are plenty of ways to gain exposure for your website or blog–including offline methods. Just allow yourself to think outside of the box in terms of the way you approach the offline world to get more traffic to your website. For example, if you sell an eBook for “Weight Loss” you can work with the different Weight Loss studios in your area and ask them to send people to your site–you can even give them a commission based on the sales that they generate.
Make sure you network with the other major players in your niche. Go out there and interact with the people who can help you leverage the power of the web. The point in this instance is that once you know the right people and make the right contacts, you will find all sorts of opportunities to grow the traffic flow to your website. Sometimes a single contact will introduce you to another and so on until you find someone who has a project idea that can be beneficial to both of you.
It’s important to take action on the things you learn because if you don’t apply your new knowledge then what is the point of learning it? The tips we’ve explored here aren’t new; people have been using them for a long time, but for some of you this is brand new knowledge. It feels new to you because you haven’t tried it yet and so you won’t know whether or not it truly works for you. Until you accept that it takes action on the things you’ve learned, you won’t get anywhere.
