How I Make Crazy Amounts Of Cash From My Websites

Tuesday, February 23rd, 2010

I have a large number of websites and am eager to learn about the latest website promotion methods, and about ways to increase your websites page rank in google.

One way of earning money from your site is by joining one or more affiliate schemes. Commissions vary, however if you have a high traffic site then you can do very well from these schemes.

Joining a program like google adsense is something which I prefer. Here you have an advert from a person who is paying Google to advertise their services; this is called Google adwords. Those adverts are put onto my site and quite simply when a person clicks on one of the adverts I make some juicy money. So how much money can a person make out of these types of adverts? Well it all depends on the quality of the site and also about what the site is about.

If you have a website about, for example, offering a web promotion service and people regularly click on your ads then you will make a fair amount of money. I had one click, on one of my Comet Voucher Codes websites which earned over ten dollars. This is quite rare and on average you will probably earn about forty cents per click. For webmasters who have a lot of professionally looking and content rich websites these amounts can very quickly add up to big money. I have a upvc doors website where I promote my composite door company; however this is one site where I do not include adsense.

How much you earn will depend on how much time and work you put into each website. In my opinion hard work pays off and even though you may hear about certain ways to cheat the search engines, such as by using hidden pages or by joining a link building scheme, this will in the long term do you more harm than good. The search engines employ some of the top people and they are likely to find you out, ban your website from their engine and you also risk being kicked off the google adsense program altogether.

The hard work I wrote about earlier, is by promoting your website the natural way. I personally aim to gain as many quality one way links to my website as I can. These links should be built gradually and I would certainly not ever purchase a hundred backward links, from for example ebay. Where possible you should try and obtain these links from sites from your own sector or industry.

Professional Article Submission Service

Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010

Article marketing is becoming ever more popular with many webmasters starting to realise the many benefits of writing articles. The problem many of these people have is that they just do not have the time to write and submit these articles. This is where a service which offers a manual article submission service can prove invaluable.

Article marketing directories and websites are reporting record numbers of submissions. Many people are now aware of the importance of one-way backward links and thus article marteting is becoming ever more popular as a free form of web promotion. This is an excellent way of potentially gaining these one way links and an excellent form of web promotion.

Professional And Affordable Article submission service

As already stated not everyone has the available time to spend on article marketing. There are now a number of people/companies who are offering a service whereby they write and submit articles for you; there are of course the normal dross shooting out of Asia but if you stick to US or UK services then you will not go far wrong. Many of these people also offer an article writing and submission service, where by they will not only submit your article, they will actually write it for you as well.

One such site is articles-submission.com.com which offers this service. They offer to write an article for you and then to submit it to the twenty article directories for £10.

You may well believe that article marketing is already extremely popular with websites such as ezinearticles reporting record levels of articles being submitted. For me though this is only the tip of the iceberg as even today there are many people who have yet to cotton on to the power of writing articles.

I have been writing articles for around a year now to promote my cheap holidays website and have submitted over two hundred thus far. I have been more than pleased with the results and only wish I had known about this form of site promotion years ago.

Search Engine Optimization – A Novice's Guide Page Rank Improvement

Thursday, March 26th, 2009

Focusing too much on your keywords is not a good idea if you want to achieve a successful implementation of SEO or Search Engine Optimization. Experts would urge you to also implement strategies that will increase your page rank to improve your placement in search engine results. If you have no idea on how to start with this off-site optimization requirement, then here is a simple guide to help Internet novice get a head start.

Understanding Links

You need to first understand what page rank is and the methods you can use to give it a boost. Your page rank’s value will be determined to the number of links on the Web that points back to your site. This is called backlinks. There are plenty of pays to propagate your links on the World Wide Web, and each has its own points of submission that you might want to acquaint yourself with before going full time with this project.

The idea here is to improve your page rank by publishing as many links as you can on the Internet. Keep in mind, however, that some submission sites are quite keen on the number of links you are posting on their pages so you need to avoid turning this into a simple marketing but focus more into propagating quality links instead.

Making A Deal With Other Webmasters

One method of spreading links is to contact other Webmasters and ask them to put up a link of your site in their page. It would be best to contact them first via email and explain the benefit of exchanging links. Be professional and polite if you want them to approve of your request.

Publishing Articles

Article publishing is a good way to spread your links on the Web. This involves coming up with informative and quality content and publish them on submission sites online. Like blog sites, you can place a link of your site as a signature or directly embed it to one of the keywords on the content. As an added bonus, you can also submit the same post to blog sites as well. You won’t have to worry about copyright issues since you will be publishing them under your name — so no worries.

Social Bookmarking

A fast way of populating your links on the Web is through the use of social bookmarking. Web surfers and spiders tend to frequent social bookmarking sites to find quality links for information, business, or just simple fun. Create an account in one of the bookmarking sites on the Web and publish them. Just make sure that they are set to “public” so other people can see your bookmarks and add it to their list for a wider coverage.

Google Adwords Strategies That Work – Increasing CTR With Ease

Sunday, March 8th, 2009

Creating highly effective ads on Google Adwords is an ongoing process, and you’ll probably spend weeks and months tweaking analyzing your strategy as you build your campaign. Still, you don’t have to settle or a trial and error process every step of the way, especially when it comes to increasing your clickthrough rate (CTR). Internet marketing strategists such as Perry Marshall and countless others have already harnessed the power of Google Adwords by employing several strategies that generate results from the start.

Interested in how you can increase your clickthrough rates? Read on to learn about two proven strategies that, used properly, offer a foolproof path to Adwords success.

Figure Out Which Keywords Don’t Work

Keyword reports are a crucial way marketers can learn whether their Adwords campaigns are working as planned, and these should be run regularly. Tools available on the Internet, such as Wordtracker, are invaluable in the creation of keyword reports, and, furthermore, includes a free keyword selector tool. By creating a spreadsheet that includes all relevant keywords, you can also gain insight into the negative keywords for your target audience.

These negative keywords, which, although they are directly relevant to your market and the product of service you are trying to sell, do not seem to have any customer-attracting power, are, in fact, a great tool for use in figuring out what your audience is actually searching for, and which positive keywords to focus on. For example, those selling some sort of software will want to attract Internet users searching for, ‘buy software,” et cetera, but those who are searching ‘free software’ are obviously of no use to you. By considering which specific keywords are not going to result in customers buying your product or service, you can trim your Adwords campaign appropriately, and create advertisements containing only keywords with a pinpoint focus on your target market.

Employing Split Testing Strategies

The strategy of split testing is not a new one – companies sending out mass mailings, for example, will create two versions of the mailing to be used in tandem, and then analyze the results to determine which version has proven more effective in reaching the target market, and internalize this information to create an ideal marketing campaign.

Just as in traditional marketing media, split testing proves a valuable ally for marketers developing a Google Adwords campaign. Once you’ve decided which keywords you should and should not employ in your attempts to reach the ideal audience, you can then turn your attention to the specifics of how these keywords are used, testing slightly different phrasings in Adword ads and seeing which are most effective.

Split testing with your Google Adwords campaign is one of the best ways to maximize your online marketing efforts and steadily increase your clickthrough rate. Perry Marshall, a Google Adwords educator and online marketing strategist explains that this is one of the most effective – if not the most effective way – to increase your clickthrough rate over a short period of time. By continually split testing ads against each other, you’ll start to see a noticeable traffic increase and can eliminate the poor-performing ad early on in your testing phases.

Electronic Billboards – What is difference from AdWords?

Thursday, February 26th, 2009

Here’s short comparision between two advertising models: eBillboardsNA.com and Google AdWords:

1. Google Adwords is Pay Per Click advertisement technology where you pay when someone clicks on your ad link. In some cases it’s good, but when you choose right keyword for you, you suddenly discover that you are only one of buyers of keyword and in order to get click to your link you should pay up to 70$ per click (for some keywords). With eBillboardsNA.com technology you only pay for owing keyword for full year and you, and only you will be shown as a result of search for your keyword.

2. In Google Adwords campaign you have to compete with other companies and raise price for your keywords. Sometimes your ROI can be negative and you should be high professional to get positive results. With eBillboardsNA.com you just need to set url for keyword and get ready for getting traffic to your website.

3. Your advertisement budget can be different, depending on keywords and number of impressions that you choose. eBillboardsNA.com has fixed flat price for any keywords that you choose. Only traffic will vary, so only thing that you have to worry is to choose right keywords for your business.

4. When someone searches for your keyword, eBillboardsNA.com already displays your website in IFRAME so it means that people already can see your website, without clicking on ad link (not many people like clicking on ad links).

5. Last and not least difference: Google Adwords works only with Google Search Engine, when eBillboardsNA.com works on All Major Search Engines, plus hundreeds of other partner websites with search features!

After all comparisions you can decide which model is best for you. I’m Personally using both of them and getting very good results.
